# Business Requirements Prior to starting the installation of FinOps Center, customers must understand how their company is organized by Roles and Organizational Naming. Roles During the installation of FinOps Center, the Role Names are created in Amazon Cognito. The functionality of the Roles is independent of the naming but will help if they are align to your organizational naming. Default Labels for Roles

Organizational Naming is aligned to how customers Chart of Accounts are constructed. Organizational Naming can be update once a year aligned to your Creating of an annual budget. Organization Naming is set via the Budget Creation Process which occurs via a csv upload or via the Budget Screen. The Organization Naming will be visible throughout the FinOps Center application and will need to be implemented in the Amazon Q in Quicksight Topics (if changed). Default Organization Naming
