FinOps Center creates IAM Roles and Policies. The Engineer deploying must have Administrative Privileges. (DO NOT INSTALL USING ROOT USER)

Organization Roles

FinOps Center Role hierarchy naming is aligned to your organization. During the installation you will have the opportunity to align the FinOps Center Roles to your terminology.

Refer to the Persona’s Section User Personas for more definitional context but the default values can be overwritten and will be carried into the operation of the application.

Provide the BucketName for the FrontEnd Application, Name for the initial Admin users, and the email address for the initial Admin.

Select Next and Leave Default Configuration for deploying CloudFormation Template. Acknowledge that the CloudFormation may create a Role and Launch.

The Admin defined in the Form will receive the initial login information
