The Admin Configuration Screen is accessible to the Admin User that is created during the installation of FinOps Center or additional to the initial user.  

Admin users are responsible for adding users with their roles. Those Roles can be updated. Each users requires an unique email address. 

Admin users also add the Amazon QuickSight Dashboards to user Roles. Dashboard Ids are found in the url of the QuickSight Console. 

 

 

Admins need to provide the AWS Region which QuickSight in provisioned and the account. They also update the Roles that have access to and more broadly if the Dashboard is published.
